Yes. Alongside our own projects, we work with developers and main contractors on new builds, providing packages such as masonry and blockwork.
Can you handle the plumbing and gas work as part of my project?
Yes. Our team includes a plumbing and heating engineer who has been on the Gas Safe Register for many years, covering boilers, vented and unvented cylinders and gas cookers as well as general plumbing.
Which trades do you bring in from outside?
Nearly everything is done in-house. For electrics, windows and doors, and decorating, we use a trusted network of subcontractors who have been chosen to match our standards.
How do you keep disruption to a minimum?
We plan schedules carefully, coordinate closely with any specialist trades and keep communication clear throughout, so you always know what’s happening next and when.
Can air conditioning be included in an extension or renovation?
Yes. Planning air conditioning into a renovation or extension from the start lets us position the units and pipework neatly. We can also add systems to existing rooms.
